Terms and Conditions: The $250 Deductible Reimbursement is a limited-time promotional offer provided exclusively by National Telecom Services (NatTelCom LLC) and KeysPlus Advantage.

• Eligibility: To qualify, customers must successfully activate a new qualifying high-speed internet service agreement (1-Gig or comparable plan) and a new electricity service agreement through the KeysPlus portal. Additionally, the customer must enroll in a new Lemonade Renters Insurance policy using the provided affiliate link.

• Reimbursement Period: This offer is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of service activation.

• Claims Process: In the event of a filed and approved claim through Lemonade Renters Insurance within the first 12 months of service, National Telecom Services will provide a one-time reimbursement of up to $250 towards the customer's paid deductible. Proof of a settled claim and paid deductible receipt from Lemonade is required for reimbursement.

• Affiliation: National Telecom Services is an authorized marketing partner and affiliate of Lemonade. National Telecom Services is not an insurance provider, underwriter, or agency. All insurance coverage, claims, and policy decisions are handled solely by Lemonade.



• Cancellation: Early termination of internet or electricity services prior to the one-year mark voids the deductible reimbursement eligibility.
